| Tl*the contact owns a 2004 keystone montana-mountaineer rv, model 297rks. the contact stated his dometic refrigerator, model rm2852 failed. he received a recall notice and called dometic. he was informed that they would not cover the repair because the unit was out of warranty. a new refrigerator will cost $1,400 and the contact feels that he should not have to pay for a new unit. the part number and nhtsa campaign id number were unknown. updated 10/30/08. *lj the consumer stated he noticed yellow stains behind the refrigerator as described in the recall. updated 10/30/08. *jb | |||
