Defect SummaryCertain fifth wheel and travel trailers equipped with a two-door refrigerator, manufactured by the dometic corporation, may have a defect in certain tubing in the refrigerator which could allow pressurized flammable coolant solution to be released into an area where an ignition source (gas flame) is present.
Consequence SummaryThis could result in a fire.
Corrective SummaryKeystone rv will be working with dometic in order to repair these refrigerators (please see 06e076). dometic will repair these refrigerators by installing a secondary burner housing and thermal fuses free of charge. dometic has retained stericycle inc. to manage this campaign. stericycle will assist you in locating dealerships or service centers and will provide assistance with scheduling of appointments. owners may contact dometic/stericycle at 1-888-446-5157 or keystone rv at 574-535-2100.

 April 17 2009 keystone camper springdale lite was taken to camping world in oxford alabama to have recall work number 06e-076 done on dometic refrigerator model#rm2652 serial# 84500326. camping world refused to administer the recall due to leaking or staining at the back of the refrigerator which is the reason for the recall # 06e-076 which is listed on dometic web site. i then called dometic and spoke with a service manager and she said she could not help with the situation due the unit leaking ammonia at the burner tube this to is in the recall notice. *tr
EXTERIOR LIGHTING - TAIL LIGHTS

 Frame was bent, dealer stated repairs were beyond their ability so the factory was contacted, the unit should have had supports on the frame every four feet, however this one had them every eight feet, factory stated this was not built according to specifications, factory later made repairs, however consumer states unit is now worse, because of the frame bending, there was a bulge in the floor, a gap in the door, and the siding pulled apart on the roof top, consumer is experiencing problems with the factory. tail light lenses were missing. hole in entry door and missing bumper caps. *slc
