 Tl*the contact owns a 2006 kia amanti. the contact stated that numerous components have been repeatedly repaired on her vehicle. the front control arm on her tires, which is the suspension on her vehicle, is clicking. the cause of the failure is unknown. the vehicle is unable to be driven and was towed to the dealer for repair. the dealer has replaced the control arm more than once, but the failure persists. the failure mileage was 37,000.

 Tl*the contact owns a 2006 kia amanti. while driving 75 mph, the throttle body stuck, shut everything down and also caused the pedal to stick. the traction control and the electronic stability is not working. the fly by wire system is all electronic, there is no actual cable that goes from the gas pedal to the throttle body. the dealer duplicated the failure and stated that they were able to correct the problem with the throttle body sticking; however, the failure continued to occur. the failure almost caused a crash. the manufacturer informed the contact that if he filed a lemon law complaint, they would not provide any further assistance. the contact has several service records that include numerous diagnosis that have been performed on the vehicle. the current and failure mileages were 18,000.
