| Tl-the contact owns a 2008 kia optima. the contact stated that at time, the steering wheel would lock up and the lights on the instrument panel lit up. she had to shut the vehicle off and restart it to fix the problem at that time. the failure occurred over a dozen times. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership four times but the dealer could not duplicate the failure. the contact called the manufacturer who stated that the dealer had to duplicate the failure before anything could be done. the vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. the current mileage was approximately 35,000. the failure mileage was approximately 34,500-bk | |||
