| Bought our 200 kia rio in 2010, we have 70000 miles on it. the starter went out. there is no after market sterter for this car. the one that is specified will not fit. the repair shop found one that fit however after driving it for a month the car will not een turn over. | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2006 kia rio. the contact stated that while driving 70mph the vehicle lost all power. the vehicle behind her almost ran into her vehicle. the contact was barely able to get to the right side of the road. the vehicle would never pick up speed, it just coasted. the failure happedened one other time. the vehicle was taken to kia and they claimed they could find no failure. the contact stated that the service manager of the dealership was rude and was slamming his fist on the counter. she stated she felt very intimidiated by the ordeal. diagnostics were never done. the vehicle has not been repaired. kia was also contacted and a complaint was filed with them. the contact also stated the vehicle has electrical issues. the failure and current mileages were approximately 74,000. rd | |||
