| After fillup the gas tank car shake and die when runing on the highway. this is the 2nd car doing the same thing | |||

| Tl. the contact owns a 2008 kia rio. the contact stated while driving 45 mph the vehicle begin to stall with the check engine light on. the contact drove the vehicle home and checked underneath the vehicle and notice the splash guard underneath the vehicle melted. the contact towed the vehicle to a dealer for a diagnostic test and the test shown two coil packs malfunctioned and caused the engine to pump raw fuel into the exhaust system. this can cause the catalytic converter to malfunction. the coil packs have been replaced as well as the catalytic converter. the contact stated this is a safety issue that can cause a fire. the failure mileage was 69,200. jo | |||
