| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 komfort travel trailer. the slider was located inside the rear of the trailer and was improperly installed. the failure was related to the seal and has been repaired six times; however, the failure still persists. as a result, water is allowed to enter the trailer at any given time. the failure mileage was 30,000. | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 komfort travel trailer. the contact stated that the back slider of the trailer did not seal correctly. he noticed that when it rained or when he washed the trailer, the interior would become soaked. someone showed him that he could seal it with bars, but the contact did not want to do that since he figured it was a failure with the trailer. he consulted the manufacturer and was informed that he would receive a callback. he never received a callback. the dealer attempted to repair the failure six times, but it still persists. the mileage was not applicable. | |||
