| While driving my 1995 land rover discovery, when ever my cell phone ( motorola startac) would ring, there appeared to be a lot of chatter (clicking of relays sound) from the fuse box. i finally after replacing all the fuses and relays , replaced alternator twice and a new battery , the phone company notified me that the cell phone would not work correctly with their new (at&t/pacbell) system and replaced it with a nokia. the problem went away after making the cell phone swap. | |||
