| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 land rover sport. the contact stated that when his foot was off the accelerator pedal, the vehicle would suddenly surge forward. he had to shift into neutral and shut off the vehicle to stop the acceleration. the failure was intermittent. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership three times for the failure. the dealer could not duplicate the failure or cause for it. the vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. the contact called the manufacturer and was offered no assistance. the current mileage was approximately 3,500. the failure mileage was approximately 700-bk | |||
