| Tl-the contact owns a 2009 lexus es350. the contact stated that when driving approximately 50-55 mph with the headlights in activation, the headlights would fail sporadically. the contact tried pushing on the lever for the high beams and but the high beam headlights were also unresponsive. the vehicle was taken to a dealer for diagnosis. after diagnosis they advised the contact that the light bulbs failed and needed to be replaced. the headlight bulbs were replaced. the manufacturer was not contacted. the failure and current mileages were approximately 19,700. kmj | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2009 lexus es 350. the contact stated that the headlights of his vehicle were very deam. he mentioned that it is a safety hazard because the defect makes it impossible for him to see more than 100 ft down the road. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who said that they were unable to do anything for him because thats the way the lights are made. the manufacturer was not contacted. the vehicle was not repaired. the vin was not available. the failure and current mileage were 11,000. pm | |||
