| This vehicle was stopped. the vehicle following this vehicle fail to stop and collided into the rear of this vehicle. damage was minimal @ $4000. no exterior metal damage. drivers seat collapsed into the recline position. contacted lexus, who sent a representative to inspect the car. lexus sent a letter explaining that the seat is in fine working order, but refuses to explain why the seat collapsed into the recline position.*ak | |||
