| Tl-the contact owns a 2002 lexus ls430. the contact stated that his passenger went to get something from the trunk of the vehicle suddenly failed and landed on her head causing abrasions to her head. the passenger was not taken to the hospital for her injuries. the vehicle has not been inspected nor repaired. the mnaufacturer was contacted and informed him to have the owner contact them back. the failure mileage was approximately 120,000. tb | |||
