 Tl-the contact owns 2007 lexus rx 350. while the contact drove approxiametly 20 mph she approached a traffic light that was not functioning. in order to prevent a crash with the vehicle in front of her she stepped on the brakes and the vehicle did not stop causing a crash. there was no injuries or police report filed. the vehicle was not towed. there was damage to the front of the vehicle. the contact has not taken the vehicle to a dealer or mechanic for repair. the failure mileage was approximately 43,400. ds

 Tl*the contact owns a 2007 lexus rx350. the contact was driving approximately 15 mph on normal road conditions; howevr, immediately after approaching a traffic signal he had to engage the brakes with aggressive force several times. the vehicle failed to slow down and rear ended the proceeding vehicle. the police was called to the scene. there were no injuries or damages to the vehicle. the vehicle was driven with caution to the residence and towed to an authorized dealer. the technician refused to inspect the vehicle and informed him that the manufacturers engineer would perform an investigation. the malfunction has not been determined at this time. the failure mileage was 57,000. the vin was unavailable.

 After taking my wife to work on a rainy day in her 2007 lexus rx350, i stopped in our driveway, which is on an incline, to work on the windshield wipers to try to set them to the automatic mode.
