| I parked my car in a parking spot to do some errands and, before i could put the car in park and turn the car off, the car shot forward and went through some shrubs, across a walkway, and finally ran straight into a brick wall of one of the stores i was going to. several bricks fell off the building and , needless to say, i was as shaken up as the building. since there is a wide walkway between the shrubs and the building, if anyone had been going to or from the store, that person or persons would,in all likelihood, have been killed. there were several witnesses who saw my car pull into the space, come to a stop, and then fly across the shrubs, sidewalk and into the building. my foot never touched the accelerator at the time of the incident and, according to the company that repaired the car, there was no need to adjust/replace the floormat or the accelerator or the brakes. | |||

| I had pushed the button to open the rear door on the unit. i began loading items in the rear when the door came down striking me in the head. the door continued to lower after hitting me the door has opened by the button and then closed by itself on previous occasions. no one was injured from previous closings. | |||

| For the last 3 years our vehicle has been emitting white powder from the interior vents. it is very noticeable as the powder settles all over the dash board and becoming progressively worse each year. we live in florida and only notice this problem during the winter when the heater is used. we are worried of this powder being potentially hazardous to our health as we breath it in. i have heard other owners of lexus rx 350 with similar issues. the dealers fail to acknowledge the defect and potential hazard. | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2007 lexus rx350. the contact stated when she purchased the vehicle in oct. 2006 there was a strange odor in the vehicle that would make her sick. the dealer was contacted and informed her that they sprayed the vehicles with a cosmoline spray (which the contact said is toxic) they used. the dealer tried to use a cleaning spray to get rid of the odor but that didn't help. the odor continued to get worse and caused her long term health problems. the vehicle has not been repaired. the failure mileage was 14. tb | |||
