| Tl-the contact owns a 1993 lincoln mark 8. while driving 50 mph the brake line erupted. he kept pumping the brakes as they went all the way to the floor. he pulled to the side of the road to stop the vehicle. the vehicle was towed to a mechanic shop where he was told the brake line rust out from the salt. the mechanic shop replaced the brake line with new steel ones. the manufacturer was contacted but there was no favorably answer for his failure. the repairs cost him $485. the failure mileage was 172,000....mw | |||
