| Dt: the owner was driving about 55 mph on the interstate yesterday and the vehicle began to shimmy. the owner went slower and stayed to the right. the owner took the vehicle to the mechanic. upon inspection, the mechanic saw the steel belt coming out of tire. the right rear tire had to be replaced. b.f.goodrich stated that the tires had just worn out and needed to be replaced. owner did not think that six years was too old or that 43,000 miles was enough for them to wear out. the owner was not aware of how many miles these tires should have on them before needed to be replaced. last year the left front tire had a steel belt coming out as well and had to replace it. the owner was aware that she would have to file a second complaint to note the second tire information, although it was the same brand of tire, with the same line and size.*ak *jb | |||
