| Tl- the contact owns a 1998 lincoln mark viii. while driving approximately 15 mph the contact stated the vehicle dropped to the floor. the front drivers side tire came off of the vehicle. the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic. the mechanic stated the ball joint was broken . the mechanic replaced the ball joint with a master pro cp426. the contact experienced the failure a second time. the contact was able to pull the vehicle to the side of the road. the mechanic inspected the vehicle and stated the ball joint was broken. the ball joint was replaced a third time. the vehicle was repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 127,000. ds | |||
