 The heat generated by the 65 watt bulb's were too much and the reflector housing which held them was inadequately designed, which caused the heat to burn off the reflection coat which was on the back and upper portion of the reflector, which reduced the amount of light from the halogen lamp assembly. scc *jb

 Problems with headlight equipment on the lincoln mark viii. *mr the consumer was the owner of two lincoln mark viii's. (1994 and a 1996) the consumer was unable to drive after dark with just the headlights on normal. the consumer must apply the bright's to view a few feet beyond the front of the vehicle. *scc
