 When driving at 35 mph, there is a washboard shudder effect with transmission which causes steering wheel to vibrate. *ak consumer states the cause of the vibration was due to a faulty transmission electronic module. consumer states that 2 michelin tires experienced blowouts due to tread separations from the steelbelts, 2 of the other tires had steel wires that came through the sides of the crown areas, the other tire developed holes which allowed the tire to leak air, michelin steelbelt radials, xw4 m and s 97s, p215/70r15, dot number htc7585x044. consumer states the replacement tires were firestone, p215/70r15, 97s dot number hym3mia338, of these tires 2 of them experienced tread separations from the steelbelts and blewout. *slc
