| Tl-the contact owns a 1995 lincoln town car. while driving approximately 5 mph the air bag light illuminated on the dashboard. he stated the air bag light stayed on constantly where the front passenger seat was occupied or unoccupied. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for the failure. he was advised that the drivers side seat belt assembly was defective. he stated the dealer replaced the drivers side seat belt assembly. the vehicle was repaired. the failure mileage was 77,000 and the current mileage was 77,998. vwb | |||

| After a vehicle collision, the right rear seat belt buckle unlocked. this cause the child to be thrown to the other side of the vehicle. the child suffered minor hip injures. the cause has yet to be determine. the dealership was notified but was unable to resolve the problem. please provide any additional information. *nlm vehicle was totaled. consumer was driving between 50 to 60 mph. also, consumer hit an ice, possibly a block, when vehicle spun out of control and slid across the road hitting an embankment. *la | |||
