	Tl* the contact owns a 2001 lincoln towncar. the windshield wipers, air conditioning and heater have failed. the speedometer sporadically fails. the abs light was consistently illuminated on the instrument control panel. the vehicle was taken to the dealership for inspection. the technician stated that the wipers needed to be replaced at his expense. no repairs were made. the current mileage was approximately 100,000. the failure mileage was approximately 89,000.

	Air bag light illuminated. vehicle was taken to the dealer to repair the air conditioner. when receiving the vehicle back from the dealer air bag light was off. within five minutes air bag light was back on. consumer did not know if the dealer did any repairs to the air bag. *ak
