Tl-the contact owns a magellan roadmate gps system (n/a). the contact stated that a software update disabled the voice synthesizer, which previously informed him of the details being displayed on the gps screen. as a result, he had to take his eyes off of the road in order to know what the gps screen was displaying. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but offered no assistance. sm. |
