Tl- the contact owns a 2010 mazda cx-9. the contact stated that while the vehicle was parked he accidentally locked the doors with the remote key and the passenger was locked in the vehicle. the doors failed to unlock manually from the inside of the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who was unable to diagnose the failure. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who filed a report and did not offer any additional assistance. the failure mileage was 35,000 and the current mileage was 35,572. pmb | |||

Tl- the contact owns a 2010 mazda cs-9. the contact stated that while the vehicle was parked the driver accidentally locked the vehicle with the remote key and the passenger was locked in the vehicle. the vehicle was not able to be unlocked the doors manually from the inside. the passenger was locked in for few minutes and was unable to get out the vehicle and the temperature was risen to hot heat. the contact stated that was a very desperate situation and after trying different ways to get out the vehicle without success. until the driver came back with the remote key and realized that the vehicle was locked and only was operable to be unlocked with the remote key. the vehicle was taken to the dealer whom the vehicle was not diagnosed and offered no assistance. the manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided the contact with case number 142773420 and offered no assistance. the failure mileage was 35,000 and the current mileage was 35,572. lg |
