| I notice that in foriegn cars the brake peddle is to close to the gas peddle so that when you brake, it is possible that your foot will touch the gas peddle ,( if it is not centered on the brake peddle), when braking so that your are accelerating & braking at the same time. this might have happened in the case of toyota.. | |||
