| Tl-the contact owns a 2004 mazda mazda3. while driving approximately 45-50 mph the contact noticed that both air bag lights illuminated on the dashboard and the shifting console. the vehicle was taken to the dealer on february 21, 2011. the dealer advised her that the air bag sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of approximately $778.00. the contact stated that recall nhtsa campaign id number: 04v468000 (air bags:frontal:sensor/control module) was performed on the vehicle on january 7, 2007. the failure the contact was experiencing was repaired. the dealer replaced a supplemental restraint system unit and replaced the right seat frame, and installed a air bag sensor. the failure mileage was 105,000 and the current mileage 106,850. vwb | |||
