| Tl-the contact owns a 2008 mazda 3. the contact stated that while driving approximately 55 mph he hit a washboard and rolled down a hill. the airbags did not deploy and the seatbelts also lossened upon impact. the contact received injuries to the kneck and lower back and was transported to the hospital via the ambulance. police did come out and a police report was available. the failure mileage was approximately 40,000. the vin was unavailable. tb | |||

| The warning chime for seat belts not being used is inaudible on the 2008 mazda3 even with all accessories turned off. the dealer explained that they were changed due to customer complaints that previous years were too loud and persistent. this is a very serious safety issue and the dealer checked it out and declared that's the way they are. *tr | |||
