Tl- the contact owns a 2006 mazda 5. the contact stated that while driving 45 mph , when a deer ran in front of the vehicle the contact applied on the brakes to avoid crashing into the deer. the back passenger fell out of the booster seat when this occurred and hit his head on the back head rest of the driver seat .there were no injuries . the contact then noticed that the seat belt had failed to grip onto the seat and broke. the dealer was informed about the failure and they repaired the seat belt. the failure mileage was 50000 and the current mileage was 110000.cv
