Tl- the contact owns a 2006 mazda6. the contact stated that when they let go of the steering wheel, the vehicle pulls hard to the right. the contact has had the front left and right control arm replaced, an adjustment to the sub-frame, an alignment and replaced both front strut heads on the vehicle. none of these replacements corrected the failure. the contact is concerned because the vehicle pulls so hard to the right that the vehicle can turn on an off ramp without having their hands on the wheel. the failure mileage 58,000 and the current was 99,951.rl

I was driving a hertz rented mazda 6 2006 with approximately 1,100 miles on it. was driving at approximately 65 miles per hour when i lost control of the car. the car swerved to the right and hit a truck and swerved back to the left and hit a median. on subsequent inspection, it was found that the steering linkages were faulty and had failed. the police have recorded the incident as mechanical failure. the car was completely damaged due to impact, the side air bag had released and the front left wheel had completely come off (the last mentioned being the cause of the above accident). the rental company was supposed to be investigating the accident, so far i have not got any information back. *jb
