| Tl- the contact owns a 2002 mazda protege. while pulling into a parking space the vehicle accelerated. she engaged the brake but the vehicle continued to accelerate and crashed into a handicapped pole. she stated the pole hit a building, and caused minor damage to the building. no police report was filed but she filed a claim with her insurance company. she stated no one was injured. the front bumper of her vehicle was damaged. the vehicle was repaired. she purchased the vehicle used in 2004. the contact was unable to provide a vin. the failure mileage was 58,624 and the approximate current mileage was 64,000. vwb | |||
