| Got a recall notice in feb. 2012 and have not heard anything from mazda since. i did contact the co. and they said the parts to fix my car would be available in the second quarter of 2012. it is now june 13th and i still have not heard anything. do i need to be concerned? the recall is 6712a and i was told not to park close to any structures. my husband wants the car moved away from the house. i need to know if there is a real safty problem and why the co. won't get back to me about it. thank you | |||

| Received notice from mazda regarding safety recall #6712a in feb 2012 for our 2002 mazda tribute - recommended action was to park vehicle outdoors, away from structures to prevent unattended potential fire from spreading related to electrical short /abs module. it has now been 3 months and mazda has not provided the necessary repairs to return this vehicle to a safe condition. | |||
