| Defect Summary | Medtec is recalling 72 my 2007-2009 additional duty ambulances. the seat belt anchors for the squad bench are fastened to the sidewall of the ambulance body, using 1/4-20 self-threading machine screws. in some cases, incorrect mounting screws were installed. the seat belt anchors could pull free of the wall mounting. | |||||||||||||||
