| Tl-the contact owns a 2011 mercedes benz e-350. the contact stated while driving 60 mph the contact was involved and a rear-end crash. during the crash the vehicle hit a guard rail. during the crash the vehicle was destroyed and none of the air bags deployed. the contact suffered injuries to the neck and back. the contact called the manufacturer regarding the non air bag deployment and the contact has yet to hear from the manufacturer. the contact stated the air bag could have reduce the amount of injury during the crash. the failure mileage was 7,000. jo | |||
