| Tl*the contact owns a 2006 mercedes benz e350 wagon. whenever the contact places the vehicle into wagon mode, she is unable to adjust the passenger seat in order to allow a passenger to safely travel in the vehicle. the dealer stated that the vehicle was manufactured in that particular manner. the issue was noticed ever since the vehicle was purchased. the current mileage was 18,000 and failure mileage was 10,000. updated 07/28/09 *bf the consumer stated the passenger seat would not adjust. it positioned the passenger to close to the air bag and windshield. updated 07/30/09.*jb | |||
