 Tl-the contact owns a 2009 mercedes-benz e350. while parking the vehicle driving 1 mph the bumper got caught on the cement barrier. she stated she attempted to back the vehicle up and she noticed the vehicle was caught on the cement barrier. she had to lift the bumper to release the vehicle from the cement barrier. she stated a flap that was attached to the bumper got caught on the cement barrier. she stated the entire front end had damages. a police report was filed. the vehicle was taken to the dealer and the dealer advised her to back her vehicle into these types of parking areas. the failure had happen twice. she called the manufacture and they advised her also to back the vehicle into these type parking barriers. the vehicle was repaired. the failure mileage was 1,000 and the current mileage was 25,000. vwb

 Tl- the contact owns a 2009 mercedes benz e350. the contact stated that the undercarriage shield of the vehicle would become lodged on parking bumpers and other road objects. the shield would cause the bumper to fracture from the vehicle whenever the undercarriage shield would become lodged on an object. the dealer was informed about the failure and they advised the contact to drive cautiously. the vehicle was not repaired. the contact stated that the failure had occurred previously and was repaired. the failure mileage was 1,000 and the current mileage was 24,000.cv
