08/11/2012291871
Landers toyota scion at: 10825 colonel glenn road little rock, ar 72204 sold me a 2009 mercedes benz g55 amg described in overall immaculate, excellent, mint, and showroom condition vehicle and amongst a dozen other issues and problems with misrepresentation, false and misleading advertisement, bait and switch, and fraud and deception it was sold and delivered to me with a set of 4 tires that were extremely unsafe, unevenly worn, damaged, and flat at delivery. (pictures, video's and witnesses available as supporting documents) these tires are not deemed safe to be driven on, especially when the vehicle was for the purpose of shuttling 3 children ages 6, 3, and 8 mos old around. all problems including the clearly unsafe tires was brought to their attention, and all representatives of this dealership including the owner [xxx] landers himself is aware though have not at all done anything to resolve this very serious matter. they have refused to address the issue to date. they have failed to correct this matter since purchase which was over 5 months ago. these tires were removed from the vehicle by professionals, and have been tagged as evidence for all future references. they are available for immediate inspection and review. driving on these tires would have resulted in vehicle failure and loss of control and drivability, thus serious damages and injuries to all passengers as well as any/all related traffic, etc. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr
