| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 mercedes benz glk350. upon shifting the vehicle into drive it surged forward. he applied pressure to the brake pedal but the brakes did not function. the vehicle continued forward until crashing. a police report was filed and the driver suffered minor injuries. the air bags did not deploy during the crash. the vehicle was towed to a body shop and have not had the failure diagnosed. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileages were 11,000. sm. | |||
