| Tl- the contact owns a 2006 mercedes benz 500 . the contact stated that while driving 25 mph the vehicle will jerk and when applying on the accelerator pedal the vehicle will not accelerate. the dealer was informed about the failure and the vehicle was taken in and they stated that they need to rebuild the transmission . the vehicle is still jerking and there is still loss of power when applying on the accelerator pedal . the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 49000 and the current mileage was 54000.cv | |||
