| Tl- the contact owns a 2006 mercedes r500. the contact stated that the driver was trying to park going 5 mph and the vehicle suddenly accelerated. the vehicle kept accelerating until the vehicle hit a tree. none of the air bags in the vehicle deployed at the time of impact. the driver was not aware of the rate of speed at the time of the collision. the vehicle was towed to the dealer after the incident. once the vehicle got to the dealer they were told this was user error and not a failure on the vehicles part and that they would not inspect the vehicle. the vehicle is now at a repair shop that the insurance company sent the vehicle. the failure mileage and current mileage was 35000.rl | |||
