| Tl- the contact owns a 2001 mercedes benz s430. the vehicle was taken to the dealer october 9, 2006 for recall 06v028000 interior lighting, but the dealer advised his vehicle didn't need the repair. on september 9, 2010 while driving 65mph the instrumental panel went black. the vehicle was taken to the dealer advised the instrumental cluster warranty expired. the manufacturer advised they will not assist with the repair, because the warranty expired. the vehicle was repaired. the failure and the current mileage were 97,000. li | |||
