| Tl-the contact owns a 1993 mercury grand marquis. while driving at approximately 55 mph the headlights turned off. the vehicle was pulled over and restarted and upon restart the headlights turned back on. upon examining the vehicle the contact noticed that the wiring harness for the headlights was burned out. the contact replaced the wiring harness and the headlights operated as normal. the failure has continued to intermittently recur. the vehicle has not been taken to an authorized dealer to be examined for the cause of failure. the failure mileage was 218,000 and the current mileage was unknown. sm. | |||

| Failed torque converter caused vehicle to vibrate. after torque converter was repaired all vehicle lighting ceased, interior and exterior, and the speedometer was erratic. speedometer read 75-80 mph when vehicle was actually going 20-25 mph. | |||
