| Dt: contact stated while driving on the interstate on 7-24-05 at a speed of 68 mph the tread separated and the tire blew out. this was on the left rear tire. there was roughly 40,000 miles on a 60,000 rated tire. also, had another tire separate, but not blow out last february 20-04 on the same set of tires. he replaced that tire under warranty. the recommended psi i was 35. there were no lights to come on prior to tire failure. the consumer did feel a minor vibration and it blew within 200 yards. *ak *nm | |||
