 Tl- the contact owns a 2005 mercury grand marquis. the contact stated that the driver's side visor fell down, obstructing the contact's vision of the roadway. the contact stated that he had to manually attach the visor to the top of the vehicle for it to remain upright. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer and was told that the entire visor would need to be replaced. the failure mileage was unknown, but the current mileage was 45,000. kmj
