| Tl- the contact owns 2007 mercury milan. the contact state while pulling into a parking space the power steering failed without warning she smelled a burn rubber odor. the steering will not turn left or right the vehicle engine made a loud noise the vehicle suddenly accelerated, she lost control of the vehicle. the vehicle came to a stop when it crashed into a tree. the contact was able to turn the vehicle off. the vehicle was driven to the dealer and was waiting to be diagnosed. the vehicle has not been repaired. the contact stated she did not receive any injuries. the westland police report number cfs 111973. the failure and the current mileage were 53,000. li | |||
