| After only 24,600 miles, the sun roof worked one day and the next day when the button was activated the sunroof began to lower the rear of the window but wounld open no further. upon multiple tries, the raising and lowering of the rear part of the window is all it would do. when taken ot blloomington lincoln, (mn) they informed me that the motor and entire track system would need replacing. they took pictures to send to ford to see if they would honor the warranty. gee. the vehicle is still under the 3 yr, 36000 limit. should have been a no brainer. *tr | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2010 mercury milan. the contact stated that the lighting in the instrument panel would fade, making it difficult to see the gauges at night. the dealer was unsure how diagnose the failure; the failure was not remedied. the manufacturer was notified, but denied any assistance with the repair of the vehicle. the failure mileage was 14,797 and the current mileage was 17,000. nw | |||
