I have gone to the dealership 3 times and thay tell me it will be about 350.00 to look at this and that still may not fix it. the doors just lock by themselves at any random time leaving you locked in or out. sometimes i must use 2 hand to get out one pushing the lock button open while pulling the door handle while the locking mechamism grinds away. *ak

The locks will lock all doors by themselves, and i have to repeatedly press the unlock button or hold the unlock button down while getting out or getting my son out. ford has told me there is a technical bulletin for this problem. this problem could mean life or death in an accident. *ak
