| Tl-the contact owns a 1999 mercury villager. the contact stated that when using the air conditoner or heater the blower isn't functioning. the vehicle was inspected by the owner and he noticed that the power resistor had burnt up and needed to be replaced. the manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. the vehicle has not been repaired. the failure mileage was unknown. tb | |||
