| Tl*the contact owns a 1995 mitsubishi 3000gt. while entering the vehicle, the contact noticed oil on the ground underneath the vehicle. upon further investigation, he determined that the oil transfer case was failing. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for further inspection. the dealer refused to inspect the vehicle and stated that it had previously been repaired under recall for the oil transfer case. the contact was informed that he would be responsible for any additional expenses. the contact called the manufacturer and was advised to take the vehicle to the dealer for further inspection. the contact feels that the part that was replaced during the recall repair was defective and needs to be replaced again. the vehicle has not been repaired. the nhtsa campaign id number was unknown. the failure and current mileages were 105,400. | |||
