| Seat belt malfunction. seat belt does not retract properly even when fed. seat belt often twists in the guider/holder causing it to get stuck making it unusable a majority of the time. this has been this way for 8 years prior to the date of this complaint. *jb | |||

| My seat belt (driver and passenger) does not retract. it will if you feed it back through the slot from where it comes out of or after an extended period of time. the only events leading to this failure in my opinion is repeated use. the failure of the seat belt to retract can cause injury to myself/passenger in the event of a crash since i would be jolted farther forward than i would normally with a properly working seat belt. *jb | |||

| My seat belts in my 1995 mitsubishi 3000gt do not retract properly, and stay loose when driving. there is a lot of slack on the driver and passenger seat belts when in use and is a hazard to my passenger and myself if we were ever involved in an accident. there are many mitsubishi 3000gts and dodge stealths with the same problem. this is a manufacturing defect, not a wear-and-tear item, and should be recalled to institute safety in these vehicles. | |||

| The seat belts on my 1995 mitsubishi 3000gt will not retract on their own. i have tried cleaning them but that doesn't help. mitsubishi does not cover this anymore because the time frame is up. many other 3000gt's of all years in all conditions have the same problem. i feel that this is a safety issue mitsubishi should be fixing, not me. *jb | |||

| Both driver and passenger side seat belts do not properly retract. i have used leather conditioner on the belts, which will for a period of at least half a year fix the problem. but after a while they will go back to not retracting. i have not been in an accident so i do not have first hand experience if this issue defects the safety use of the seat belt. *jb | |||

| I have a 1995 mitsubishi 3000 vr4 that has seat belts that do not work. they do not fully retract when pulled out. i have owned the car for 10 years and they have not consistently worked since just about day one. it started infrequently and now it is constant where the seat belts do not retract and fit snug against your body when driving. i consider this a serious potential safety issue. *jb | |||
