| Tl*the contact owns a 2000 mitsubishi eclipse. the contact's vehicle is black. over a period of time, the paint began chipping in a very progressive manner. the dealer stated that when the vehicle was manufactured it did not have a clear coating, which was causing the paint to abnormally chip. the manufacturer did not assist because the vehicle exceeded its warranty. the failure mileage was 50,000 and current mileage was 99,000. | |||
