 Tl- the contact owns a 2005 mitsubishi endeavor. the contact was driving 10 mph when the brakes were depressed but the vehicle failed to stop. the emergency brake was deployed in order to stop the vehicle. the contact also mentioned the vehicle caliper was detached under the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to a private mechanic where the mechanic confirmed that the caliper and front brakes needed to be replaced. the manufacturer was contacted and they confirmed that the vin did not qualify for repairs under nhtsa campaign id number: 06v068000 (service brakes, hydraulic: foundation components:disc:caliper). the vehicle was repaired. the failure mileage was 80,000 and the current mileage was 82,000. kmj

 While air conditioner is running and vehicle is in motion, blower stops blowing cold air, water drips inside vehicle on passenger side floor gets soaked with water and moldy smell inside vehicle. when making turns, you can hear water sloshing around inside the dashboard, and what sounds like static or sparks behind the dash. water sometimes run over onto the gas and brake pedals, casing a dangerous situation. blower motor has since stopped working as a result of water constantly running down on it.

 Tl- the contact owns a 2005 mitsubishi endeavor. the contact stated while driving 35 miles per hour the front brake calibers detached, forcing an emergency stop. the vehicle was unable to be driven, so it was towed to the owner's home. the vehicle was serviced by a private mechanic, and the failure diagnosis performed indicated the same, broken detached calibers from front brakes. the vehicle was repaired, by replacing the calibers, and installing new brakes. the manufacturer was contacted, and they stated the vin did not qualify for recall under, nhtsa campaign id number 06v068000 (service brakes, hydraulic:foundation components:disc:caliper). the failure mileage was 130,000, and the current mileage was 131,000. rds.
